I'm in so ill. Just got me a 3 1/2 mo walker pup. Would any of y'all be willin to let my pup run with ur dogs and maybe even help me train her a bit or give me tips

I'm from iowa but I was just gonna point out that the best thing to do with the little guy right now is runnin some drag lines for him work on training him by himself for a bit yet get him learning wat he needs to b u go dumpin him with a buch of other dogs chalenge him alone hell get him a couple cage coon after the drag lines (maybe u already are idk) but I just thought id give ya some pointers

I showed her a caged coon and it scared the hell out of her but it was a big ole boar as big as her so I got rid if it. I been playin with her with a coon hide gettin her aquianted and not scared but I haven't dragged it around for her to find it yet. Thanks for the tips

This might also sound a lille off the wall but the firsst real hide my dog saw was the first coon hee treed himself... I used a fake coon hat just drenched in coon ##*%*. Then I used to run a couple lines in different places let him track it on a leash first and as a reward he got to runn around the timber in the evening. Maybe that will help also

Hey englishblue,
We are located S of Salem IL. 17 miles or so. Gets hard somtimes to find a good huntin partner. Keep them dogs in the woods..
