It cannot be fixed without rolling a new version of the app which is not likely soon. We normally don't have many users who register from the app.
Folks, I apologize for this. When I signed up with Outside Hub, I did so expecting a working app and support would be provided for app bug issues.
From the tone of the app developer's email, it will not be fixed anytime soon and I get the impression that it doesn't seem to important to them. Again, please send your gripes to them instead of us by contacting them via the email above.
