How ya'll doin'?I'll tell ya what,I love this coon huntin'.The hound I got is a 7 year old walker bitch.She is just right for my style of huntin'.She hunts about a 75-100 yard circle around me & if she doesn't strike nothin' she'll come back & we'll move on.She is a semi silent hound,she opens about every 40-50 yards.She will check tree after she locates.She is a superb dog in my eyes.I wanted to see if anybody has hunted with or heard of any of her kin.

I got a year old plott almost 2yrs that when i coon hunt will do the same till he finds a scent then hes gone.

i love me some sackett blood in a walker dog... 'PR' means purple ribbon bred which means that the dogs pedigree is able to go back 3 generations.. im pretty sure about that.. not 100% but somebody will either back me or put me in my place..lol

Rock River Sackett and son Rock River Sackett Jr. are the real deal. Jr. is the Sire of Rat Attack who is the sire of one of my dogs. Very hard tree dogs. The Stylish stuff goes back to John Wick who is known for breeding very balanced dogs. House's Lipper and the Lipper line are also a solid line, they can really move a track on out. Your dog sounds like it is hunting close, nothing wrong with that. As I've got older I like close hunters more and more. (LOL) Seems like you and the dog are having a good time, and that's what it is all about.
